LOTR Trilogy on Blu-ray? - 2009 best blu-ray for upconverting dvds

Official launch of Blu-ray.com, and Warner Bros., The Fellowship of the Ring will be available on Blu-ray this year (2009), release date not yet certain. Does anyone know if there is a trilogy out? I will not go back to buy a new one back.
